As a member of the Holmer Green Royal British Legion, we record details relating to your membership onto a secure database. The personal information that we hold is limited to contact details such as home address, telephone number, mobile telephone number, e-mail address together with key details of your membership including date joined, membership number and renewal date. We respect the privacy of our members and any information that you have supplied will always be kept secure and confidential.

Under the terms of GDPR, all members have the right to request to see the data that we store relating to their membership. Members also have the right to ask for their data to be deleted from our database. All such requests need to be submitted in writing to the bar staff and addressed to Roger Bright, Club Secretary. He will then respond to you within 30 days.

Should you have any questions regarding this privacy statement or indeed about GDPR in general, then please speak to a member of the Committee who will be happy to assist you.
